Fire, David knopfler and more recently the Blues Agents, Ross
has performed in more than 2000 shows worldwide over the last
15 years and experienced sound systems of all sizes and types
from two crucial stand-points. The stage as a performer and the
auditorium as a system operator.

|Ross works on a regular basis with Rossco, sharing his breadth of knowledge and experience in helping to create ingenious and cost effective solutions to our more complex contracts.
With his theatre background and purist audio principals, he helps to keep our quality and service levels up and our prices down.
As a concert systems/FOH engineer Ross has worked with artists such as Shirley Bassey, Ruben Studdard, Operababes, Harry Connick Jnr, Jon Bon Jovi, Beyonce, Elvis Costello and many more.
Recent UK theatre credits include Production Sound Engineer Batboy – the musical at the West Yorkshire Playhouse and London ’s Shaftesbury theatre, Production Sound Engineer Kiss me Kate UK tour, Production Sound Engineer Beauty and the Beast UK tour, Production Sound Engineer Seven Brides for Seven Brothers forthcoming UK tour.
He has worked extensively on system design and operation in contracts with the Disney Magic, Princess Cruise Lines and more recently the prestigious Queen Mary II onboard which he was ‘Head of Sound’ and responsible for over 70 networked systems.
|Mark (`Donny`) successfully completed a Diploma course and Production Certificate at SAE in London prior to working at Rossco Ltd from 1999 to 2003.
During this period Mark helped to establish the reputation of the firm as being approachable and competent, and worked on all of the major projects.
In November 2003 Mark took the unique opportunity to assist in the fitting and operation of the sound systems on board the Prestigious Queen Mary II for her inaugural voyage. Completing his time on board as `Head of Sound`, he has worked with artists ranging from Shirley Bassey, Lesley Garrett and Carly Simon, to live interviews with comedian John Cleese, and authors PD James and Dick Francis.Well versed in the best digital audio products and with yet more invaluable experience to his name, Rossco welcomes Mark back as Chief Engineer.

|A graduate of Leeds College of music, Tom has been learning his trade at Rossco for four years and has worked on a wide variety of high profile events. In the past twelve months he has `taken the helm` on several occasions engineering bands and monitor mixing.|
